It's laundry day and Billy wanted to be a gentleman and help Penny carry her laundry basket. To his dismay, there's an embarassing little article hanging out of it. Not to mention he accidently placed his hand on hers, AND he forgot to take off his Dr Horrible goggles. He's just having one of those days I guess.
